Deviate Brewing Co.

10dd67_c44bf880be92494680cf8f5e0b44f724  Deviate from the norm is the guiding mantra that we apply to our brewery design, approach and how we create our recipes.  Often craft beer is held and judged by standard beer style guidelines, where every aspect is defined and often confined by long standing definitions. And although we can respect the talent to brew a well made beer done to style, we believe that craft beer should be fun and push the envelope of what is traditional.  Working from the fundamental foundation of a high quality base beer, one free from defects and off flavors, we like to have fun and deviate to stretch and excite your palate.   Whether it’€™s taking classic food flavor pairings and incorporating them into a beer (like our Watermelon Mint Ale or Blueberry Tarragon Ale) or taking classic beer styles and putting fun flavor spins on them (like our Peanut Butter IPA or Hawaiian Imperial Stout with coconut and coffee).  All of our offerings will be designed to deviate from the norm and we hope the growing number of craft beer deviants will enjoy them.

Centerpoint Brewing

Like any brewer, we strive to make high-quality beers people enjoy.  For us this starts with strong attention to detail.  The name Centerpoint and our plumb bob logo come from our engineering background, our desire to find the perfect balance among the raw ingredients, and our passion for finely controlling all of the process variables for any style of beer we make. We intentionally make balanced, approachable beers that appeal to both craft beer-geeks and casual American-macro drinkers alike.

Ash and Elm Cider Co.

Ash & Elm Cider Co. was opened in the summer of 2016 by husband and wife team Aaron and Andréa Homoya. As a company, Ash & Elm Cider Co. strives to make quality ciders using apples from around the Midwest and help cultivate the market for craft cider in Indianapolis.

We say that we are ‘Rooted in Tradition’ because cider was actually one of the main beverages consumed by the pioneers in the early days of the American settlement. One of the things we are passionate about is supporting local orchards and seeking opportunities to restore heirloom cider apple varieties to their land.

We are also proud to be part of a new tradition of American cider, which uses eating apples to create fresh, vibrant ciders that are ‘Crafted for Today’. Our modern cider takes influences from old world traditions, wine, and craft beer.

New Day Craft

Focused on modern craft mead and hard cider, New Day Craft has been producing innovative, palate pleasing beverages since 2006.  Our beverages are bold and full of flavor, with a complexity found by virtue of using whole fruit and wildflower honey. NO concentrates, purees or natural flavors used here.

Having built our brand through commitment to creating quality, well balanced products, we enjoy an excellent reputation with our products actively sought after by mead, cider and beer drinkers from all over.
